Double Template #37

Evening all.
Yes, it has been a very long and some what rough day.

If the next bit sounds awful harsh at times, I'm apologizing now. Sorry! Please excuse me, but I need to "vent" and blow off some steam before I pop!

Shall we start with when I went to bed last night, or should I say, this morning at 2am. Not a good start when your up for the day at 4:30am.

I turned on to the interstate at exactly 5am with my two year old. Drove 800 miles to arrive back in my drive way at 6 pm this evening. Normally with fuel stops and bathroom breaks this can be done in 12 hours. Road construction! aack! Do they really need to shut down 20+ miles of road when they can only really work on a couple of miles at a time? Why can't they just close off the few miles they are actually working on?
Then about an hour from home the truck was on cruise control going up a hill, it down shifted and got really, really loud. Louder then Harley loud. So I pulled over to investigate and found that the factory seam on the muffler let loose! Oh what fun! Couldn't hear myself think the rest of the way home!

Now if you have actually read this your probably wondering why in the world would she go on a drive like that let alone with a two year old? Well, I had to pick the boy up from visiting his dad. Yep Yep, he is home at last! 8 weeks feels like forever! Why alone? Everyone else was busy, just that simple.

Now just a little bit more rant and I will be done.
When we finally got home and had eaten dinner I sat down to read the 30-40 blogs that I read on an almost daily basis. I "thought" that it would be enjoyable and relaxing. You know what I mean, reading about someone else's life can put a new perspective on your own, sometimes.
Well there were a few blogs that had some nasty comments left on them. Not the polite criticism that helps you learn and grow but mean nasty stuff.

So this is what I have to say about that:
1. Polite criticism and guidance is always welcome.
2. mean nasty stuff will just result in your comment being deleted.
3. Anonymous does not mean Anonymous on the web. You might think it does but it don't.
4. This is my blog and you are all guests when you stop by. Act responsibly. This goes for anyones blog in my opinion.
5. What I share here on my blog are my thoughts and feelings. I do not bad mouth anything on anyones blog. They are your thoughts and feelings and I respect that, Please respect mine.

Now that all the negative is out of the way.
I have two things that I am absolutely thrilled about!

My Boy is Home! My Boy is Home! Ok just something I would shout from the roof top if I had the guts to actually do it! roflol!

And the second:
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
Thank you to everyone who has left comments! I don't think I have ever had that many before! Wow! You all Totally Rock!

Leave a comment on this post or send me an email by Saturday Night at Midnight containing the following information:
1. How far did I drive in klm?

3. How do I expect blog visitors to act?

Answer these three questions and I will send you a never released template!

Remember you have to leave an email or some way of me to contact you so that I can get your "gift" to you.

Also for everyone that sends in a layout (Made using any of my freebies) before Saturday night Midnight. I will send you a never released template! If you would like to take part but don't want your LO on the blog just say so in the email. I'm always fine with that. Privacy and fun is foremost.

Don't worry if you would like to take part in both challenges you can!

Both templates are different.

Ok everyone, Thanks for hanging in there with me tonight. My mind is a jumbled mess with all of today's events. Actually not much was actually physically done but driving that long is enough to drive a person nuts! I had no creative outlet time today and all the little stresses that alone would be nothing but together on top of a long day. Well I'll just say grrrr....

And since I'm still trying to bring myself out of the bad mood. I'll even tell you, there will be another new template up for grabs Saturday night. Another series to try and work into the week!

Thanks Everyone!
Until next time...

1. Really? I'm clueless about miles to km conversion, but really want your free template! Where did you go - 800 miles? I assume Canada since you want the conversion.

2. Have downloaded almost all of your templates, but 3s_enough_D_Template#18 is my favorite so far!

3. Politely and with respect
