Cooking Help Needed!

Help!
Truly I really do need your help!
I harvested these from the garden today. I'm not sure what to do with them though. I'm used to the acorn and butternut squash.
Does anyone have any good recipes or Tips on how to prepare these? Don't forget to vote in the Mini Kit naming! Time is running out!
Are you ready to kick off our party on Thursday!

I know I have been normally giving you all a freebie over the weekend. I'm sorry that I don't have one for you this time. It has been absolutely gorgeous this weekend (only in the 70's) so I have been putting in lots of time on the house along with running kids around to all sorts of before school events and prepping for all of our fun activities coming up! Yes it has been a very busy couple of days!
Until next time...

I saute the squash with zucchini, onion, pepper, carrots, margarine, salt, pepper, garlic, and italian seasoning.

I take my yellow squash and slice it into about 4 long ways slices and drizzle with olive oil, kosher salt and pepper and then grill. Just yummy! Works great with zucchini and asparagus too.

I'll slice them into about 1/4'' round cuts and drizzle with a little olive oil (the good stuff) and sprinkle with a vegetable seasoning mix, then either grill them or place them in a 9x9 dish and bake for 30-40 min on 350.
