Project 365 Week 39

Howdy everyone!

Can you believe it is Wednesday already? Not me, I'm still trying to get caught up on all the laundry from the trip! Every time I think I'm close to being done someone takes a shower and fills the hamper back up again! It's a never ending story!

The in laws finally made it home Tuesday afternoon after there bird meets windshield adventure (Mondays Post). But they did the same thing we did and ran out of gas just a few miles from home. What is it with men? They think the red line means there is still a reserve tank! That may be true with our jet skies but not with the the trucks!

Oh my! The shadow for the title is horrible! I swear my psd version does not look like that! Gonna have to go back and tone that down some! Well darn it, all the shadows are exaggerated for some reason!

Double Template #43

Evening Everyone!
Hope you all have had a good week. I know the past week has been a busy one for me!

I sent out all the challenge links this afternoon. If you did not get yours please let me know. The links will be active until Sunday night.

Tonight I have a couple of great layouts that came in during the challenges. I also have the Friday Double Template for you tonight. I know, it's Thursday not Friday! But Friday makes 7 years that my boyfriend and I have been together so I'm taking the night off and the weekend too!

I just hope our plans don't have to be postponed. When the boy got off the bus today he was in tears saying that his stomach hurt and that he was sleepy. I've checked his temperature half a dozen times this evening and no temp! It's not a running to the bathroom type of sick just a hurt. I asked if he had gotten hit while playing or anything and he said no but that it started hurting before lunch at school. Poor kid suffered it out all afternoon and never said a thing to his teacher. He said the bus ride made it feel the worst. The boy ended up falling asleep about a half hour after he got home and slept till 7. Then he tried to eat but couldn't bring himself to do it. He went back to bed and we never even attempted to do the homework. I wouldn't normally worry but this kid never ever gets sick! So I guess we will just have to see what morning brings.

Tonight I have a wonderful layout to share with you all that Robin sent in to us.

When I was a child there was an old floor mill very similar to this, just down the road from us.

Here Robin used Template #206 and a wonderful kit that I have used on more then one occasion called" Comfort" by Stacy's Scraps. Check it out I' know you'll love it too!

Our next layout comes to us from Michele. Here she scrapped her dad spending time out in the canoe during there last camping trip. Never tried it but if given the opportunity I wouldn't pass it up.
