Yes I know I should have had this posted last night but the mood I was in I figured it was best left till I was in a better mood. If I would have posted last night it would have been a lot of griping and blowing off steam. So far I have kept myself in check but I know it's coming and I fell sorry for the one that pushes me over the edge.
It's been raining all week here, and yesterday morning it switched over to snow and snowed so hard I could not see the neighbors red car across the street! Thankfully that didn't last long and we are back to rain again for the weekend. All the rain has been helping to melt the snow off, but I still have a snow pile over 6 feet tall in my yard! The snow was so deep it blocked my living room windows most of the winter but now I can see out again!
Wednesday I picked up my boyfriends uncle from the airport after I dropped the little one off for school, I'm so happy to have my driveway back! I had his SUV parked here to save on the fees at the airport while he was away. I also got my hair cut on Wednesday. The oldest did not recognize me when I went to pick her up! I have not had bangs since Jr. High and I had 10 inches cut off all the rest! It's short! Well not short, it still comes past my shoulders but it's short to me!
Thursday I spent helping Grandpa install a new sump pump. Of course it was not the same style as the old one so we had to redo some of the outward piping for it. But it's fully functional and will keep his basement dry during all this melting.
The boy also had another playoff game last night. They played the only undefeated team in there age bracket. They got stomped on as if they were standing still. 39-4 The boy missed both his free throws and the only other time he had the ball he threw some odd granny shot and completely missed. The coach handed out awards after the game and congratulated them on there hard work this season. The boy received the award for "Best Team Player".
This morning has already been a busy one. After dropping the oldest off I had to run the youngest to the Lab at the hospital for a Blood Lead test. Something new our school district is requiring. She did so good! No tears till it was over with. The blood vial looked awful big next to her tiny little arm. After that it was off to the grocery store and then Mc Donald's for a breakfast sandwich for the little one.
Well folks it's now time to head off to the kitchen and get started on the dishes, with the game last night we just ate and ran out the door! So I will leave off here with your
