Template # 204 and Challenges!

Wow! I can't believe it has been two years, where does the time go?

This blog and I have come along way in those two years and I'd like to thank each and every one of you for making this all happen. As I have said many times before with out you my readers and friends there would be no blog. Thank You.

Now before we get all nostalgic and such, why don't we just jump into the party!

Tonight I have some of our Challenge Layouts that have been submitted. Keep them coming there is still plenty of time to get yours in!

Simona sent these first two in. I absolutely love this first one of hers. It is so simple yet conveys such a strong feeling of emotion between them. It's beautiful, Simona, Thank you.

"Voices" Challenge

This next one will probably only make sense to a fellow gamer but I think it is awesome! This is so much like our own weekends! Congrats on the RR 9L5! That's a lot of hard work and time.

"Perfect Day" Challenge

Deanna sent this lovely layout in of a wonderful day at the beach.
In this one the frame highlights the focal point instead of the entire photo. I might try this some time. Thanks for the great idea!
"Lavender Fields" Challenge

Michele sent this one in of her twin nieces.
Such cuties!

Template #203 and Challenges!

Evening Everyone!

We have our first Layout submitted for the challenges!

Simona sent this wonderful LO to me just hours after I posted the challenges! Although she did have a wee bit of a heads up on the Mini Kit. She actually named it for me! I was drawing a blank for a name and sent the preview to her. Instead of the name on the preview I sent it to her with "Help, I need a name!" But that is all she knew of it until last nights blog post.

Such gorgeous cats!

Here is one that I did using the "Voices" WA Challenge.

These are our neighbors. The challenge word art and quote came from two of his t-shirts.

P365 Week 34 and Challenges!

Grab a cold one folks, it's a long one!

Today has been a blur to me! We awoke to rain which meant I had to drive the oldest to school. after I got home and had gotten the little one settled into her breakfast I had the chance to chat with Simona for awhile. Then it was a quick shower and back out the door to hunt down the File folder thingy for the oldest. I found one! We also purchased the new laptop for my boyfriend. So this afternoon was spent installing Vista then VMware and finally Linux. The VMware and Linux is for his schooling. He even had to document every step of the installations for his class. I can't wait to see how it handles DAoC, that will be the true test! With all that going on I was not able to get the previews for tonight made as early as I had wanted to. Then just as I was finally getting ready to sit down and post he comes to me and asks me to print out all his documentation. Ugg. But now it's done and everyone has gone to bed or is reading in there rooms and I can finally get this post up and running!

First off tonight I have some Layouts to share with you all.

These first two were sent in by Simona. She was in a scrapping slum a while back so I made her two templates and called them "stay out of the plants" knowing that their cat family has an affinity for plants.

Check out what she did with them!

For full credits you can check out Simona's blog Here.

One last little thing to take care of tonight.

I'm looking for up to 4 people who would be willing to do the psd to psp conversion for me on these challenge gifts. I have a 3 pk of templates, as a gift, waiting for those who are interested in helping me out. That would make it possible for those people to receive up to 20 templates this month as gifts for participating and helping out. Also it frees up Michele to try and take part in this round of challenges!

If you are willing and can help me out please let me know by midnight on Thursday so I can get them sent out to you for the conversions. I would want the conversions back by Saturday noon or so, so that I may pack and zip them all up and have them ready for distribution on Monday.

Wow that's a lot to take in and a whole lotta downloading!

Have fun everyone!

Remember if you have any questions just drop me a note.

I check on things pretty often here on the blog.

Until next time...

Template #202

Hi There!
So, how has your week been going so far? Not to bad here. The kids started back to school on Monday and the little one and I have been keeping busy with lots of errands to run. We put most of them off last week. We have also been all over town pricing out new laptops for my Boyfriend.
The one he has just won't cut it for one of his classes, besides with the integrated video it does not do so well with our MMORPG (we run a bot on it). Tomorrow we have to go and find an expandable file pocket thingy for the oldest. The only odd item for school supplies this year. Every place is out of them so tomorrow it is off to the regular office supply store to see if we can find one. I did look on line and all I have to say is Wow they are expensive for what they are! Thankfully we already had the big fancy calculator from a few years ago when I was in collage. Funny how when I was a kid calculators were band from school and now the big ones are on the supply lists!

In other news tonight, don't forget the challenges start on Wednesday evening. I will try to have it posted shortly after dinner. For more information until then you can scroll back to last nights posting. one little thing that was not mentioned last night is that everyone who participates i the challenges, be it one or all of them will receive this months participation gift. This also applies to the more then one layout this month. All in all, if you complete all the challenges you will get 12 templates and you will get this months gift and the bonus two or more layouts gift of an additional 4 templates.

That's a total possibility of 17 templates!!!

I will also be offering a template a day this week.

Which brings us to tonight's layout and template. Yep I have another layout of mine to share using tonight's freebie template #202.
